The Company administers the mobile application “Mint,” holds exclusive rights to it, and establishes the terms of this Agreement.
The Application (Platform) is a set of software and hardware solutions operated by the Company, available for installation through the official digital stores App Store and/or Google Play under the name “Mint.”
The User is any individual who has reached the age of 18, is legally capable according to the legislation of the Russian Federation, and uses the functionality of the Application under the terms of this Agreement.
Content means any information (text, graphics, audio or video files, links, etc.) published, uploaded, or transmitted by Users or third parties within the Application.
User Account is a set of data enabling the identification of the User and granting access to the Application’s functionality.
The Agreement is this document, including all appendices and any ancillary documents (license terms, regulations, policies), explicitly or implicitly referenced herein.
The Company grants the User the right to use the “Mint” Application for communication, dating, and interaction with other persons, in accordance with the features described in this Agreement and the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.
Launching the Application, creating an Account, or any other factual use of the service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. If the User disagrees with any of the terms, they must not continue using the “Mint” functionality.
The Application is strictly intended for adults (18+). By installing and using “Mint,” the User confirms they have reached the required age. The Company is entitled to request documents to verify the User’s age in case of reasonable doubt.
All relations within the framework of this Agreement are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Additionally, mandatory rules of the App Store and/or Google Play may apply if they prevail over this Agreement.
This Agreement takes into account the requirements contained in the Apple App Store Review Guidelines and the Google Play Developer Policies. If a certain provision of this Agreement conflicts with any mandatory rule of the App Store or Google Play, such mandatory rule shall take precedence.
The Company does not conduct background checks on Users (e.g., credit history, criminal records). Any additional verification (photo, video, documentation) is not an absolute proof of identity. The User acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with communication and in-person meetings outside the online environment.
To access all the features of “Mint,” the User must create an Account by providing accurate information. In the event of changes to personal information, the User shall promptly update it.
The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. All actions performed under the User’s Account, absent evidence of hacking, are deemed to be performed by the User themselves.
The User is prohibited from:
The name “Mint,” its logos, domain names, and any other means of individualization related to the Application are the property of the Company and may not be used without written permission. The purchase of paid services does not grant any intellectual property rights to these assets.
The User may delete their Account at any time via the Application interface or by sending a request to support@mintapp.org. Once the deletion process is initiated, the profile is hidden on the Platform, and after 180 days, the data is irreversibly removed from the active database, except for any data the Company is legally obliged to retain.
The Company may delete or block an Account if:
The Company grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, territory- and time-limited license for personal, non-commercial use of the “Mint” Application, subject to compliance with this Agreement and the rules of the App Store/Google Play.
To minimize the number of fake profiles and enhance trust in the community, the Company may suggest or require additional verification from the User (selfie, video, or identity documents):
The following actions are prohibited:
The Application may include components owned by third parties (libraries, SDKs, APIs) used under licenses granted by their respective owners. The User must comply with the terms of such licenses.
Neither Apple Inc. nor Google LLC is a party to this Agreement and bears no obligations regarding updates, technical support, indemnification, etc. However, they may act as third-party beneficiaries entitled to enforce their mandatory rules.
“Mint” offers paid options (VIP status, profile boosts, etc.) that enhance functionality but do not affect the basic dating service access. Purchasing paid features does not guarantee success in finding acquaintances; it merely provides additional services.
Payment is made through in-app purchase mechanisms (In-App Purchases) in the App Store/Google Play or by other methods explicitly specified in the Application. Current rates are displayed in the user interface.
Certain paid subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the paid period. To cancel auto-renewal, the User must take the necessary steps at least 24 hours before the current period ends in the App Store/Google Play settings (or other methods provided by the Company).
The Application may use virtual currency (“coins”) to purchase specific services (gifts, paid likes, etc.):
The User can cancel a subscription in the Application menu (if implemented) or directly in their App Store/Google Play accounts.
The Company is not liable for the inability to use paid features during technical or other disruptions beyond the Company’s control (force majeure, provider errors, etc.), unless otherwise stipulated by law or the relevant digital store rules.
The User must comply with the laws of the Russian Federation and the provisions of this Agreement, respect the rights and legitimate interests of others, and act in good faith.
The following actions are strictly prohibited in “Mint”:
The User shall not impersonate others’ photos as their own or publish images of people without their consent. If such a violation is detected, the Account may be blocked.
The Company utilizes automated and manual moderation systems. If content violates legal norms or the Application’s rules, it may be removed without prior notice to the User.
Users exchange messages in private chats. The Company is not responsible for the content of such correspondence, but in the event of complaints or detected violations, the Company may restrict access or remove such content.
In the event of a breach of this Agreement or legal requirements, the Company may:
The Company recommends Users take safety precautions when meeting other Users in person (choose public places, notify friends or relatives). The Company is not responsible for any offline events.
By posting any content in the Application, the User confirms they have sufficient rights and permissions to share it. The Company reserves the right to remove materials that violate this Agreement or the laws of the Russian Federation.
Creating fake profiles or sending bulk promotional (spam) messages is strictly prohibited. Such Accounts may be blocked immediately.
The processing of Users’ personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at: https://api.mintapp.org/v1/licence.html?application=Mintapp.org&language=eng&project=ios_mint
By using the Application, the User acknowledges that they have read and agreed to this Policy. Any questions related to the processing of personal data should be directed to the support service at support@mintapp.org.
Neither the Company nor the User shall be liable for partial or full non-fulfillment of obligations due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, wars, terrorist acts, acts of government authorities, etc.
The Application is provided “as is.” The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor does it guarantee success in finding acquaintances.
The User agrees to indemnify the Company for all losses, fines, legal fees (including attorney fees), and costs that arise from:
The User consents to receive informational and promotional messages (push notifications, emails, etc.) concerning the Application’s activities and its partners. If the User does not wish to receive such mailings, they may disable them in the settings or send a request to support@mintapp.org.
The Company may unilaterally modify this Agreement. The updated version is published in the Application. Continued use of “Mint” signifies the User’s acceptance of the revised terms.
The User may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting the Application and their User Account (see Section 3.5).
The Company may terminate the Agreement or restrict the User’s access to the Application if the User violates these terms, Russian law, or mandatory App Store/Google Play rules, or if the User’s actions harm the Company’s business reputation.
Upon termination of the Agreement, access to “Mint” is blocked, and the User’s data may be deleted, except for data the Company must retain under law or internal regulations (e.g., backup data).
The Parties shall endeavor to resolve any complaints and disputes through negotiations and written communication.
If no agreement is reached through pre-trial negotiations, the dispute shall be referred to the court at the Company’s place of business, unless otherwise stipulated by mandatory legal provisions.
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, it does not render the remaining provisions invalid, and they shall remain fully in effect.
Any questions or inquiries related to the operation of the Application may be directed to: support@mintapp.org.
This Agreement, including all appendices and cross-referenced documents, contains the entire agreement between the Parties, superseding any prior arrangements on the subject matter.
Registration, creation of an Account, or any factual use of “Mint” functionalities shall be considered full and unconditional acceptance by the User of the terms of this Agreement.
